Her Story
When Ashlyn first met Staci, she was a quiet and shy freshman. Years later, Shine had become a meaningful part of her life, from helping behind the scenes to speaking at the conference.
Through Shine, Ashlyn found a community of supportive young women and discovered that helping others find their confidence could strengthen her own. The experience taught her that women can lift one another up without dimming their own light.
By graduation, Ashlyn described herself as outspoken, headstrong, and ready for what came next. Her involvement with Shine continued beyond high school, shaping the woman she was becoming and creating connections that stayed with her into adulthood.
Sometimes, finding your own voice begins with helping someone else find theirs.
