Her Story

Makenna's Shine journey spanned four years, giving her more than a single day of inspiration. The women she met became role models who encouraged her to be courageous, confident, and driven.

Through those experiences, she learned to recognize her own value and the power of building others up. She carried that mindset beyond Shine, bringing more positivity, kindness, and authenticity into her everyday life.

Today, as a nursing student at the University of Wyoming, Makenna continues to pursue her dreams while encouraging others to believe in their own possibilities.

Shine helped her see that there is no limit to what she can become.
